The product is acceptable - a very good effort given the ingredients and what it is trying to achieve. I ate it toasted as a wrap and it was good. It was not, as I had feared, a piece of polystyrene. I was shocked by the amount of packaging - unrecyclable plastic. One pouch for 2 pieces. Shows lack of vision to launch a new product in this day and age that does not have eco-friendly packaging. A biodegradable packaging would greatly enhance the offering.
