I think for being the only one on the market like this, you can get away with the price. This I don't mind as it's juts a "treat" for myself I think, on days I want to eat more (and still calorie count.)
I think my bigger problem is the fact that so much plastic packaging is used just to package 2 pieces. If there was an option to package 4 or 8, but with the plastic being resealable, I'd be happier.
