I ordered an 8 pack of Lo Dough but a few days later got an email to say that I hadn't yet paid for it. That's the 2nd time that's happened! Ordered once again and paid on the following Monday and a week later the Lo Dough still hadn't arrived. I rang in and the gentleman was very helpful and immediately ordered another pack for me. Turned out the post office were still waiting for you to despatch it to them!! The 2nd order finally arrived today. I pointed out to the gentleman that I was now desperate for delivery but he didn't offer anything to make me feel a little happier. I only use Lo Dough for diet purposes and am now feeling that the severe hassle is just not worth the effort so I don't think I'll be ordering any more.
