Have used Lo Dough to make quiche ( love them, so many variations possible), toastie (a little soft when folding so tends to break easily), rolling into enchiladas easier with better results. Find it a little difficult to roll any larger - doesn’t matter how much pressure it still stays the same size!
Have now purchased Brownie mix and Southern Fried coating but have yet to try.
