Great replacement for bread when going low carb. Its a weird texture, very light and a bit tasteless. However it does the job as a carrier for tasty foods, fajitas, wraps, pizza. I also use to dip in my hummus, for a quick snack. The brownies are good too, not as gooey as a real one, but a great chocolate hit. Be careful not to overcook them.
