For people on low-carb/keto/low-calorie diets, Lo-Dough is a really good staple to keep on hand. It is very versatile, so you can use it in most of the same ways you'd use a wrap/tortilla or a pizza base. I use it mostly for making low-cal "pizzas", and because it's thin, it crisps up nicely and doesn't sag in the middle when you pull it out of the oven. It doesn't have much of a taste, and it is very thin, but that's why it's only 39 calories. The biggest downside, as others often say, is the price. It is very expensive, considering its small size -- nearly £5 for only two in a pack. I'm hoping that perhaps they can make bigger packs and bring the price down a bit.
