Found out about Lo-Dough from someone I follow on Instagram. Honestly I was skeptical but I ordered some and made pizza (usual thing for a first try I think). WOW!!! I am SO IMPRESSED. Honestly, you can tell it's not a full fat pizza base, but it's a really good substitute, certainly the best I have ever tried (and I have tried a lot). Making quiche with lo-dough tonight! The only negative is the cost, but as the company explains, this is not a production line item - it's handmade at the moment until word spreads and they can expand the company. Excellent.
