Great around for gluten free and low Carbs looked amazing when pizza was cooked but wasn’t no where near as fluffy and thick as pictured..
all I can describe is looks like a fluffy pancake In reality comparison to duck pancakes the thinnest ever .
Although IT tasted ok and substituted for my low Carb Keto Diet I won’t be rushing to reorder these extremely expensive products as a treat.. will try in Pizza oven or alternatives to see if I get a better result..
