I find Lo-Dough to be an acceptable replacement for "normal" bread for sandwiches, wraps etc. I am unable to eat normal bread due to IBS and find that Lo-Dough doesn't upset me at all which is brilliant. I also now follow a Keto way of eating and this fits that bill as well, so win win! It isn't bread and isn't like bread in any way but it does enable me to eat in a way that I would have previously used bread so I am truly thankful for that. I find it quite tasteless but I'm happy to add the flavour with the food that I put with the Lo-Dough and that works for me. I haven't tried it as a pizza base so I can't comment on that but I have heard good reports of it's use in that way. I guess this is a mixed review but I'm actually really happy with this product thank you. It does exactly what I need it to do.
