I wouldn't advertise your product as a pizza base as it doesn't have anything common with pizza dough. Pictures presenting suggestions for serving your product as a pizza are very misleading. The marketing department has let its imagination run wild a bit too far.
However, Lo-Dough is an excellent replacement as a tortilla, and I really enjoyed it.
