I have only used the bases, which you can use for many other things e.g. wraps, i know they are expensive, but its about all the science that has gone into making them low carb and low calorie, they are filing and really nice as a wrap, delivery is quick (2 days),always well packaged it would be five stars but they are a little pricey.
