I am overall very impressed with Lo dough. I have made wraps, pizzas and pasties with it so far. The taste is generally good and it is very useful for me to have a low calorie gluten free alternative to bread. It is a little on the pricey side for me as I am a pensioner so have it as a treat rather than every day. Thank you for developing it.
