The cake bar is described to have a delicious, moist, soft sponge. I wouldn’t describe it as that at all. I would say it’s fairly dry, grainy and tastes artificial. It may be nicer heated up.
I am impressed with the amount of fibre in it but I wouldn’t buy this product again.
