Good on the people at Lo Dough for developing their pizza bases. I've phoned and spoken with staff and the chap seemed very amenable. Pizza bases arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I do wonder if they're continually out of stock though, why they dont have more manufacturing bases? I'm reminded of OPEC limiting oil production to keep prices up.
