Lo-dough is an interesting product and quite successful in its own right. I have tried the lo-dough bases for pizzas, the southern chicken coating and the brownie mix. In all three cases what comes out is perfectly acceptable and effective. It is clearly not the same as the equivalent product that it is trying to replicate and you wouldn't struggle to see the difference from a direct comparison. However, taken it it's own right, it's a very clever and decent product.
