Lo-dough is great. It's never going to be exactly like the full carb version, but that would be unrealistic expectation. It makes a decent substitute though. One thing is that it always feels slightly spongy in the centre, no matter what I do with it - but I can live with that for the calorie difference!
The reason why I did not put 5 stars is because it is very expensive! I wouldn't mind different packaging if it would make it a bit cheaper.
