We used it to make enchiladas. We didn’t have the special cheese & had to use a whole jar of Passata to make sure the lo dough was covered therefore the calories per portion were way out. The lo dough is very fragile & splits very easily. I think using a whole meal wrap would have been low calorie and taste better & have a better texture. I also ordered the brownie mix. I added cherries when I made them. They were fine, but I wonder about the calories as it it is so stodgy.
