Excellent from start to finish. Good communications and pleasant to deal with online and with Ben who did the installation. Made sure everything down to the finishing touches were all sorted. Only used the ladder a few times so still to see how it goes. If it falls down after a few uses then I'll be back in touch! But, for now, very very happy.
