“Loft Storage Room came recommended by one of our neighbours - what a find! I'm ever so pleased with our new loft ladder. From start to finish they have been very responsive, provided clear explanations with pros and cons of the various types of loft ladders. Especially Ben, who installed the loft ladder, was ever so considerate, approachable and friendly. He did a fantastic job. Excellent quality. He cleaned up and didn't leave a mess at all. I can highly recommend Loft Storage Room!”

“I had my loft completed in June 2025. I am a little delayed in writing a review, but I knew I would as I wanted to express just how impressed I was by LSRC's professionalism and workmanship. The surveyor explained the process very well and I received a detailed quotation. The work was completed on time and each day the installers (Greg) informed me of what work that had been completed and also the area kept clean and tidy daily. I am extremely happy with my new and improved loft space. Thank you to the Loft company team!”

“From start to finish, everyone I’ve dealt with has been polite, friendly and professional. I was impressed with the speed at which the work was completed in boarding my loft. I found their quotations to be competitive and the surveyor took the time to answer my questions honestly. Overall very happy with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to consider them again in the future.”

“I recently used the loft storage room company to install a hatch and a ladder in my loft and the service I received from Ben the installer was excellent. Our job was not an easy one on account of flood damage in the building which made access difficult in places - and yet despite these challenges Ben just cracked on with the installation and did a great job under the circumstances. I would definitely use again and would recommend them for quality of work and value for money.”

“The team were professional and efficient. The surveyor who came to assess the work understood what we wanted to be done, gave a fair quote, and we were able to get a slot quite quickly after. The team who came to board the loft were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, applying their expertise to provide us with a clean finish. They were exceptionally tidy, meticulously clearing up afterwards, and walking me through the work completed. Great job.”
