“Superb service from LSRC and installer Ben. 3-section loft ladder and new architrave plus hatch. Very neat result and we feel a lot safer accessing the loft now rather than relying on a wobbly extension ladder. Ben explained what he was doing throughout, made very little sawdust and cleared up thoroughly. Demonstrated how easy it is to operate the hatch and ladder. Long guarantee period gives peace of mind too. No hesitation in recommending this company!”

“From the initial quote to final installation, we were thoroughly impressed by the loft storage room company. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other companies, offering great value for money. The two installers who carried out the work were exceptional. They were highly organised, extremely tidy, and completed the job to a very high standard. Beyond their excellent workmanship, they were also very friendly and took the time to explain every aspect of the new storage system to us. We are delighted with the result and would confidently recommend this company to anyone looking for loft solutions. Five stars all around!”

“I am extremely impressed with the entire project. The initial contact with the team and subsequent assessment and quote of work required was professional and prompt. The two fitters were also incredibly professional and have completed the work necessary to a very high standard, they left ensuring the work areas were clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Had the whole loft done. The surveyor, Glynn was brilliant in explaining the process & options and I received a detailed quotation promptly. The installation team (Glynn (surveyor/ team leader), Alex & George) were polite and professional in their approach and answered all my questions. They left the place clean & tidy. I am very pleased with the extra space I have. A job well done. My experience from start to finish was excellent. I would highly recommend them.”

“The whole process from the first call to the finished project was smooth and great experience. The surveyor gave me options, I selected one and the job was done with great speed and workmanship. “Found them From the initial survey, removal of existing debris, through to final installation professional clean and tidy. Our loft is now a clean, tidy and above all a safe space. Already noticing the house is a lot warmer. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Loft storage room company.”

“I was recommended The Loft Storage Room Company by a friend, and I’m glad I took their advice. Before the surveyor visited, I half-expected a sales pitch, but instead I got a clear and detailed explanation of my options, followed by a straightforward quotation a few days later. The installation team did an excellent job — friendly, tidy, and always happy to answer questions. They took real care to protect the route through the house and cleaned up thoroughly each day. I’m very pleased with the new space and the quality of the workmanship. A really professional job from start to finish.”

“Loft Storage Room came recommended by one of our neighbours - what a find! I'm ever so pleased with our new loft ladder. From start to finish they have been very responsive, provided clear explanations with pros and cons of the various types of loft ladders. Especially Ben, who installed the loft ladder, was ever so considerate, approachable and friendly. He did a fantastic job. Excellent quality. He cleaned up and didn't leave a mess at all. I can highly recommend Loft Storage Room!”

“I had my loft completed in June 2025. I am a little delayed in writing a review, but I knew I would as I wanted to express just how impressed I was by LSRC's professionalism and workmanship. The surveyor explained the process very well and I received a detailed quotation. The work was completed on time and each day the installers (Greg) informed me of what work that had been completed and also the area kept clean and tidy daily. I am extremely happy with my new and improved loft space. Thank you to the Loft company team!”

“From start to finish, everyone I’ve dealt with has been polite, friendly and professional. I was impressed with the speed at which the work was completed in boarding my loft. I found their quotations to be competitive and the surveyor took the time to answer my questions honestly. Overall very happy with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to consider them again in the future.”
