“LSRC have just completed flooring the entire attic of my new build property for storage purposes. I can’t fault them on any aspect of their involvement -,from initial consultation, through pricing to completion. Sales and admin staff were readily contactable and prompt to respond to any queries throughout. Installation team members were punctual and accommodating, polite, extremely hardworking, and ready to give courteous explanations where necessary. They were totally focussed on their task but respectful that this was our home - careful to protect all carpets with dust sheets and clearing up meticulously after each day’s work - inside and outside the house. They readily offered to remove the large quantities of insulation material, surplus to building requirements, that had been left in the attic space - with no additional charge. A gesture greatly appreciated. Despite staff sickness on day 2 meaning a late start and that we couldn’t keep our original team (Glen and Tom), they sent sufficient manpower to ensure the job was completed well within the agreed 2 days and to a very high standard. I have been extremely pleased with the entire experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.”

“We looked at other companies but only Loft Storage Room Company were able to complete the necessary works according to building regulations, at a competitive price and with professional service. The build team were polite, hardworking, tidy and arrived on time each day. They completed the works according to the original quote and promised schedule. As a company they focus on one thing and do it very well, and efficiently. Highly recommend.”

“Great experience from beginning to end! The surveyor was very professional and laid out all the options without me feeling like he was adding on any unnecessary features. He explained everything really clearly and answered all my questions. The team that did the work were efficient, tidy and professional as well. The work was carried out within the time frame that I was told, and to a very high standard. Also the office team who reply to the emails always do so timely and kindly. Have used this company twice now and would recommend to anyone who needed this kind of work done.”

“Fantastic experience from beginning to end. From the initial phone call to the completed installation, everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent, there was no pressure or hard selling, and the price was very competitive. The loft insulation, raised floor, enlarged hatch and new loft ladder have completely transformed the space. I couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend them.”

“This company is very professional and high quality. We were able to get a quote on Tuesday, and the loft Installed by the next week. The pricing was good. We had multiple quotes & this company blows the rest out of the water without sacrificing quality. In particular the shelving & ladder were much more reasonably priced than the others. George & Glen did an excellent job, and really went above and beyond. They were done in just 4 hours, including removing the (very suspect) boarding & trash in the loft from the previous owner. We are certainly going to use them again to replace our skylights next year!”

“Superb service from LSRC and installer Ben. 3-section loft ladder and new architrave plus hatch. Very neat result and we feel a lot safer accessing the loft now rather than relying on a wobbly extension ladder. Ben explained what he was doing throughout, made very little sawdust and cleared up thoroughly. Demonstrated how easy it is to operate the hatch and ladder. Long guarantee period gives peace of mind too. No hesitation in recommending this company!”

“From the initial quote to final installation, we were thoroughly impressed by the loft storage room company. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other companies, offering great value for money. The two installers who carried out the work were exceptional. They were highly organised, extremely tidy, and completed the job to a very high standard. Beyond their excellent workmanship, they were also very friendly and took the time to explain every aspect of the new storage system to us.
