“Very impressed with promptness, courtesy and efficiency of the fitters - had originally booked a manually operated ladder but when that proved unsuitable they left a temporary ladder until the electric one was ready. My only niggle was that I thought the decorations would be made good after the fitting - the new architrave has an unsightly gap at the side where the old one was, and a light fitting had to be moved leaving a hole in the ceiling. It's not so easy (and expensive) to get a decorator in to attend to that. As for the Skylark ladder, I love it - 5 stars for that, 4 stars to having to redecorate.”

“Lovely company to deal with . I ordered a replacement loft ladder and the job was completed within a week . The fitter showed me how it worked , it was very easy . Very reasonable price and no mess. I would recommend to anyone .”

“Really quick response to my enquiry. Had a lovely man pop round to assess the work and give me a couple of quotes. I was so happy with the quotes I decided to have the whole loft done. “Very good service from Loft Storage Room. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Quote is detailed with each stage priced out. We had full storage room package, which involved some structural work, full boarding out, installation of velux windows and loft ladder. Staff on site were very courteous and tidied up at the end of everyday. All in all, great service and would recommend.”

“We had a great experience with Loft Storage Rooms from start to finish. The team of two who insulated and boarded our loft in December was excellent. It was not an easy job, given the number of rafters cutting across the room. But they worked solidly for two full days to complete the job to an exceptionally high standard. They even cleaned up after themselves, and hardly stopped during the two days. They were polite, hard-working, and the finished project is well beyond our expectations. Another thing I’d like to add is that Loft Storage Rooms’ quote was considerably competitive. Do consider them. We have no regrets whatsoever.”
