The first loft hatch door failed and I rang and asked if, since it was still under warranty, they would repair or replace it. The lady, I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name, was very charming and organized someone to come out. The young man who came out replaced it and it was far superior to the first. He reinforced the ladder footings and ensured the hatch opened easily. I am so pleased and I would highly recommend them.
