Mitch and Jamie were very polite, they worked very quickly and tidied up after themselves. Gave us a quick demo on the proper way to open and unhook the ladder as well as any teething issues. We were told they'd arrive between 8 and 9am and turned up at 8 on the dot, were gone by 11:45. Our work included raised flooring, loft boarding in central area (roughly 18m2) and replacing the original ladder and changing orientation.
