Extremely happy with service from start to finish. I made an online enquiry about having a loft ladder fitted and received a written quote and catalogue in the post. I called the office to arrange a fitting date. Fitter arrived on time and I’m very happy with the work. He explained the best options for fitting the new hatch and ladder and showed me how to use it. I would be very happy to have them do work for me again
