Very impressed with promptness, courtesy and efficiency of the fitters - had originally booked a manually operated ladder but when that proved unsuitable they left a temporary ladder until the electric one was ready. My only niggle was that I thought the decorations would be made good after the fitting - the new architrave has an unsightly gap at the side where the old one was, and a light fitting had to be moved leaving a hole in the ceiling. It's not so easy (and expensive) to get a decorator in to attend to that. As for the Skylark ladder, I love it - 5 stars for that, 4 stars to having to redecorate.
