My experience with LOFT has been amazingly positive. As a landlord, I need things to go smoothly. We are about to get new tenants and I needed to furnish the place. Loft were absolutely brilliant: they picked up keys from estate agents, took the sofa up to the third-floor flat, assembled it and took away all the packaging. The sofa is gorgeous and the tenants say they love it!
