There was a glitch on their new website with pricing so I emailed and within 24 hours received a very helpful reply. I ordered the Dixie chair online, which i'd already sat on in Kampus Gneral Store, Manchester, and emailed to ask if I could collect from their warehouse in Manchester. Again received a prompt reply and also spoke to someone on the phone and arranged a collection removing shipping fee. So, great customer service all round! And I already know the chair is very comfertable. Well done LOFT!
