LogoAffinity sold us 3 web packages- they promised satisfaction guaranteed. Instead, they only completed partial bits of their work, with one site barely working and a number of broken links. LogoAffinity asked for more money than the $3,249 already paid to them. We lost trust in LogoAffinity, and could not pay them any more money. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they withheld whatever work they had done and stopped answering our emails and phone calls. They, LogoAffinity, also promised access to login credentials and control files, which they did not follow through on. We contacted their parent company RetroCube and their company did not respond to repeated emails and phone calls. Extremely unprofessional behavior by more than one individual with this company. We hope that future clients are not treated this way by the LogoAffinity developers and their directors, and their parent company.
