Everything went wrong. They are one fake upgrade to the next. 3 weeks of communication for a logo I cant stand for 5 times the cost of better companies. It's a simple design and process elsewhere. Run away from this scam. They also called me 6 months later and pretended someone called them to "trademark" our business name and they were giving me the 1st right of refusal. $1800 or more if I wanted to trademark instead. It was all a lie. This company is a cockroach 🪳. ELSEWHERE,I paid $100 and got exactly what I described in a 3 minute conversation. It was done in an hour.
