“My experience with Logo Orbit has been disappointing.
About a year ago, I purchased a website package for approximately $1,000 after being offered what was presented as a special promotional deal when they designed my logo. To be fair, the logo design work was well done, and I was pleased with the final result.
However, I was not ready to move forward with the website immediately and only recently contacted the company to begin the website development process. To my surprise, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $299 "reactivation fee" before work could begin.
I find this fee difficult to understand. I already paid for the website package, and after waiting until I was ready to use the service, I am now being asked to pay hundreds of dollars more just to "reactivate" something that was already purchased. This additional charge was never something I expected when I made the original purchase.
While my experience with the logo design was positive, my experience with the website package and the unexpected additional fees has left me frustrated and disappointed. Potential customers should make sure they fully understand all terms, timelines, expiration policies, and any future fees before purchasing services.
Based on my experience, I would think carefully before committing to a website package without getting everything in writing and clearly understanding what additional costs may arise later.”
