It took me three days of trying to establish an account only to be run in a circle, and a call to a rep finally helped out in ordering my business cards. New company for me and was anxious to get the cards. A little over a week later received an email that they were delivered. They were, but to my billing address and not my physical address, a day's drive away. What the? To top it off, I tried to log in to my account, and the circle run took me twenty minutes to finally get into my account. Among the Worst customer service ever experienced.
