“It took me three days of trying to establish an account only to be run in a circle, and a call to a rep finally helped out in ordering my business cards. New company for me and was anxious to get the cards.
A little over a week later received an email that they were delivered. They were, but to my billing address and not my physical address, a day's drive away.

To top it off, I tried to log in to my account, and the circle run took me twenty minutes to finally get into my account.

“Had a bit of a snafu with our name badges being illegible. Company made them right and was helpful to resolve the situation. My suggestion would be to call in the order if there is any doubt as opposed to going with the computer designed proof.”
