More than satisfactory.
I originally got an account that i was very unhappy with. After expressing this I was assisted very politely and simply given a different account that solved most of the issues I had with my other one. Responses and communication were timely and just plain awesome. I was expecting some foreign company with a bot and no refunds or exchanges. What I got was probably some of the best online customer care I've ever received.
