So far so good. $25 smurf came exactly as advertised, with 25k IP, 140RP, and lvl 30 unranked with no champions/runes bought. Extremely satisfied so far, still a little uneasy about the account getting banned so I'm holding off on buying RP but I feel as though I'm safe. 10/10 would recommend.
