I bought earrings and as soon as I tried the first one on, the post bent. I did not even try the second one, I got in touch 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a stamped address envelope to send them back. I have loads of LR from their website and QVC and there customer service is atrocious ! Person said she sent the label a week ago, lies still not received. Putting me off buying anymore !!
