It seems to be a scam company. I saved every penny to buy my mum a watch. And they have delivered to wrong address and their email communication is so poor and they are not even taking the matter up as seriously as I would expect. Every dollar was a saving for her Xmas present. I really dont know whether to cry or laugh at my own stupidity for trusting online marketing gimmickry.
