I had trouble finding my confirmation email with the barcode for my tickets some months after booking a show and began to panic we may not get seated when going to our event. I emailed the customer service and Francesca replied to me immediately with some trouble shooting prompts and got my confirmation resent to me very quickly! I was so grateful for her help and now am looking forward to attending our show without the anxiety turning up without proof of purchase! Thank you so much!
