I booked my tickets early Sunday morning for an event the same day. When I didn't get the confirmation, with my tickets, as quickly as I had expected I contacted the London Ticket Club by email and was really delighted (it was still only about 8.30am) to get a super helpful email from Francesca with the necessary ticket information. If I hadn't had her help, I would have had real problems getting into the show.
