Service was excellant. I first talked to Ben 3 years ago. I indicated I was still working and had insurance through work. Over the years Ben kept in touch and never preassured me or tried to get me to switch before I was ready. Some other companies which contacted me was more concerned about getting me to switch. He was patient and when I was ready to retire and move to medicare he was immediately responsive.
