The representative that Long Home Products sent to my house was extremely knowledgeable very courteous and wanted to help me with every issue I had. He went above and beyond to get the price I could afford and gave me every option of a discount. I am awaiting a date for the install of my new roof I was told 3 to 6 weeks but I was assured that because I have some issues with my roof now that it would be sooner than that.. He brought products for me to physically handle so I could pick out what roof I wanted what colors what texture what underlayment under everything what Roof Vents went on the house just extremely extremely professional.
