Terrible customer service. Was called and scheduled an appointment for consultation on a Thursday. Called on Wednesday by them stating they had an emergency and couldn't make it on Thursday. More than 24 hours before the appointment?? Called today and asked again to reschedule to a different time and on a different day. If I make am appointment I expect you to keep it the first time.
