I brought my husband’s grandfather Longines watch to MOE for repair last year August. Now June 2024 finally they asked me to collect it from the store! but Upon collection I found out that it is not the watch I gave them to repair. Already two weeks communication with customer service and they are now trying to tell me that the watch belongs to me!!!!! Customer service answer emails once in 5 days, phone calls no one picks up. My husband went to the store to speak to a manager but been told that they are busy with billing’s and have no time to attend his complaint, so direct me to customer service where they never answer the calls!!!! Where is my farther’s in law VINTAGE watch are ???!!??
