Awful experience – 7 months and still no watch
I’ve been waiting 7 months for my Longines watch to be repaired. It’s sitting with one of their authorised service centres, and the only reason for the delay is that Longines hasn’t supplied the necessary parts.
Seven months is completely unacceptable — especially from a brand that claims to represent quality and heritage. To make it worse, there’s still no timeline, no update, and no idea when or if I’ll ever get my watch back.
This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and frankly disgraceful. I would never buy from Longines again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your timepiece.
