Ordered a pair of sandals in size 11D, received my order was sent the wrong size 11E. Advised and requested a prepaid label to return the item back.
Was sent the label, not prepaid. I sent another request to send a prepaid label. I am now being ignored.
They have lost my business.
Their customer service sucks.
