Tried this company again. As usual, problems with returns. There is no reason that returns cannot be handled more efficiently. On top of everything, they charge you for the return! Is this company in the dark ages?

I have been a customer of LTS for decades. Over the years I have had some great items, good quality and well sized - 6ft & wear a UK 10 / 12 I hadn't ordered for a while & was quite shocked and disappointed at the decline in quality & zero customer service. It was delivered very quickly and returned within 24 business hrs - $40 for delivery & $40 for a return outside the UK, via a US carrier, making it an expensive purchase. Once the return left Australia there was no tracking & no confirmation of goods receipt. Australia Post investigated and were able to send proof of delivery to the main collection centre, prior to international depatch. The only UK Customer Service number was continually 'undergoing updates' so not able to talk to anyone or leave a message. The three emails I sent using the UK website, with PDF attachments, trying to confirm return receipt & refund went unacknowledged, not even an auto response. I eventually had to go through PayPal resolution centre - with screen shots of my 3rd email , only then was it confirmed that my refund was forthcoming, again via the USA centre, and due to their follow up it appeared. No communication was ever received from the UK. I shall never purchase from them again. Very sad as it was so good for many years 🥲

Items arrived late didn't fit and no paperwork in the pkg. Returns are impossible with the carriers they want you to use. Non of them have locations in my area. After finally getting a email, they gave me instructions again on how to ship back with carriers I have no location close to me. Terrible company. Now stuck with 125.00 worth of clothed I can't wear. Today I was notified it was past the return date even though I've been trying to resolve this for weeks.

Customer service is terrible. They did not help and basically said they do not care that I did not receive my merch. It's very disheartening that they operate this awfully!

I ordered Size 11 USA shoe and received size 11 UK which is size 13 USA. I know I ordered Size 11 USA! now i have to pay 27.50 to return the EXTREMELY OVERSIZED shoes both pairs are size 11 UK...now one of the item is SOLD OUT!!! i am so very frustrated because I know I ordered size 11 USA. Again I ordered one size 11 USA but on the receipt I received via email it just states size 11 and again they can mess it up and I will have to pay the return item..This is so very sad and no wonder they went out of business in Canada!!! we just do not tolerate poor service like this.

Horrible quality, i dont know how trustpilot give them almost 5 stars. Probably People that are used to Zara or H&M/primark quality, i guess if u are used to that its probably fine? Proces vs quality is not accurate at all I biught a winter sweater, woensdag i received it, it was so thin you could see trough the fabric. I ordered 3 different joggers, al insanly thin fabric and loose stiches in the seams. The dress.. well i guess they know how to make it great on photos. Costs me 12 euro to send everything back, but thats beter then keeping it and throwing it in the trash after 1 wash cycle

Absolutely terrible process to make a return if you don't live in the UK. They use a 3rd party vendor to ship to the US and they have no problems ripping you off. Long Tall Sally offers a free return label for exchanges on their website but that is absolutely untrue if you live in the US. This didn't use to be an issue. I've ordered in the past and have been able to exchange for the right size with no issues. Not anymore. Their customer support is a joke. They don't even read your entire email. They read the header and respond with a canned response. Regardless of how much info you give them they continue to ask for the same stuff over and over. Even though its already on the email!!! I emailed over and over and not once did I get the actual help I was asking for. A freaking return label for an exchange!!!! Here's the kicker..I finally figured out I had to reach out to the shipper of my clothes. GLOBAL-E. Sure I could send my items back for an exchange. I just had to pay the shipping myself. $199.00 Dollars, for 2 items. WTH? Really? So disgusted and disappointed with this whole mess. Best advice DO NOT buy from LTS unless you are absolutely sure of your size or you live in the UK. So sad too because they have some decent clothes for us tall women.

Tried to cancel within 20 minutes. They said they couldn’t but they would take a return. Cost is $50 to return to UK. They won’t do a thing for me.

Will never order from LTS again, online ordering is easy but the quality of the products are below average and zip on trousers was broken, sizing inaccurate so items dont fit and impossible and expensive to return from overseas. Customer service is terrible, only way to contact them online is via the portal on their website which just generates auto responses. Seems there are no people any more. Have had such a terrible experience I will never buy from them again. lesson learnt.

I have been a customer of LTS for decades. Over the years I have had some great items, good quality and well sized(usually a size smaller than my usual fitted) In recent years the quality has dropped noticeably and the sizing is so erratic that I order two different sizes, even then the smaller size is huge! My latest order of 12 items ( 2 sizes of each garment) was delivered very quickly and packaged well. Some were huge, not good quality. I kept one shirt As LTS now charge for returns over 5 items and postage it made it an expensive purchase! I will be very guarded about future orders and am very disappointed in the decline in quality and standards Shame as it was so good for many years 🥲

US Shoppers Beware of Long Tall Sally - Steer Away - Hidden Sky High Return Costs & Misleading Website! I recently purchased clothing from Long Tall Sally. Most items I purchased were completely off in size, leaving me no choice but to return them. Their return process required me to send the return through standard international mail, costing me a staggering US$106. Needless to say, I would never have purchased from them had their website been transparent about the return process and costs. Hidden return costs: During the purchase process, there was no indication of the return process to the UK via standard international mail. In fact you are being misled when shopping from the US, as you will be directed to a US version of the website, creating the impression of a separate US store, misleading customers to believe they're purchasing/returning locally, which is not true. After sending my return, I have read up on the company, and seeing there are tons of complaints to the Better Business Bureau about customers never receiving their refunds and never being able to get in touch with customer service, so I'm preparing for a long process for receiving my refund. My advice to US shoppers: I strongly advise against purchasing from Long Tall Sally.

Long tall sally is happy to send out (mediocre merch) but simply will not take a return. Calling it "difficult" simply does not accurately describe experience. Time, failure, time, failure.....Then "too late to return"....FRUSTRATING & WRONG are the correct adjectives !

Like other recent reviews, my experience has not been good. It says that there is now a location in Canada, but returns go to the UK, making shipping items back exorbitant! The replacement I got had faulty stitching and a rip in the pocket. When I contacted them, they said one option was a 25% discount returned to me if I wanted to keep it as is. I asked a couple questions in a follow-up email and they answered only one. I still don't know how to get my discount.

Site says LTS Canada. It comes from Burlington Ontario, but you have to ship back to UK . Product cost me 500. nothing fits except the length. Product is poor quality and It is costing me 245.00 to return it at my own cost. Never buy here again!!!!

Length of jeans is good, but fit is absolutely erratic. Bought two pairs of jeans for my 6'3" daughter. One fit perfectly, the other fit as if it was 3 sizes too big in the waist. The WORST part was the attempted return/exchange process. Started by requesting an RMA on the website, the return information they sent was for a package going to the UK. The jeans cost $30 and the return cost was going to be $27...??? I contacted them asking for a US return address (because I purchased from the US store site), and this started a loop of sending me to one website's contact form which sent me back to the original and around and around and around until the most recent response from "customer service" instructed me that the address was on the return documentation, and referred me back to the UK address. I abhor customer service emails where the agent doesn't actually read the question.

No stars. Customer service was extremely poor and the manager was very rude and unhelpful. Clearly loyalty and frequent buying with this company stands for nothing. Purchased a long khaki puffa coat that had a faulty zip. Poor quality coat and service Don’t recommend anyone buy from this company

Terrible service in Canada. I can only get a generic email saying that they haven't received the return, even though I keep sending them pictures from the tracking number showing it was in their warehouse over a month ago. I'm going to have to get the credit card company to dispute the charge.
