“I had to return some items due to sizing issues. There sizes are very inconsistent. They refuse to refund sales tax, even stating so in an email when I questioned them. I also had to return a pair of pants that had a discolouration and they did not refund me the shipping for a faulty item. Horrendous customer service”

“I ordered the LTS belted black jumpsuit. The fabric was nice but the fit was not good. The back part around the keyhole stuck out and it was very difficult to hook the button. Also, it was way too long. I'm 5'11" and it dragged on the ground. The crotch area was also too long. It's very cute but the fit was not good. To return, it will cost me $22! So not worth it. Not order from the company again due to their return policy.”

“DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I returned some clothes due to sizing issues and now I’ve sent pants and got no refund. WTF.”

“Worst customer service! They wanted $28 to return wrong size pants that were sent. Cannot reach anyone with email for return saying they are closed and will get to me when they open. Pants going to goodwill. Terrible service and will never order from them again.”

“Don't buy anything unless you're absolutely sure you'll keep it. I wanted to return some items, but never received a return label. Customer service was supposed to help me, but never heard back from them, despite asking them many times. So now i'm stuck with clothes that don't fit. Absolutely rubbish. Waste of money. Will NEVER buy here again.”

“The tall slacks are more for women who are over six feet..way too long. The fabric of the pants was more like parachute fabric or drapery fabric. Quality sucks. I had to return everything”

“I ordered three items back in the beginning of August 2025. I returned 2 of the items within 4 days. LTS received the return on August 26, 2025. (Which I had to pay $21 to return the items.Outrageous!) It is now Septemeber 26, 2025 and I have STILL NOT RECIEVED a refund. Their page said refund will be issued 5-7 business days after recieving the return. It has been 23 business days and my credit card has not been refunded. When I request a call, it puts me in an endless loop to enter my information. When I email the company they tell me they have my information and not to contact them. This is an $80 (US) refund I am waiting for. Ive never had issues like this with other companies. This is not how to retain customers. I will be shopping elsewhere. Not trustworthy or customer friendly. Shame on them.”

“I ordered quite alot for my daughter and received it all in a timely manner. Unfortunately most did not fit, but she did like some and wanted to try them a size smaller. Before I even sent my returns I ordered the items she liked in a different size. Again they arrived in a timely manner, they fit and she loved them. Now I contact company SEVERAL times for help with information on preceding with my return. After many many emails and no help I called England and they sent me lable to send out my return. They did tell me when they received my package the items would be inspected and my money would be refunded. Just take note, ALWAYS save your postage receipt, you track it and know exactly when they received it. Unfortunately I felt I had to contact an attorney, something I've never felt the need to do but it is alot of money and the stress of the whole situation has been awful.”

“First time I have so bad experience with online shop! I bought a blazer on sale. Before sale the price was 65€, I bought for 24€, paid 5€ delivery cost. Received, and I am shoked. First of all the quality of the blazer is just terrible, it even can’t cost 5€! Second, the way I received it… omg..the blazer was packed in a crumpled state, although it is a blazer, with shoulders, which should not have been crumpled. After asking not to charge money for returned, I just received one copy-paste answer how can I return my purchase, and no one else specifically answering the question.”

“What has happened. I have always purchased from Long Tall Sally. The price has stayed the same, but, everything else, the sizes, the length and quality, have gone downhill. It's a shame, as, I do not want to order anything more. I am a size 14, I ordered a dress in my size, it was too small, I ordered the next size up, and it was smaller than the 14, so, I actually ordered a size 18, which I am most definitely NOT, it only just fitted. It's outrageous. You either need to SACK whomever makes these clothes in the wrong sizes, or, send them to Specsavers. What a waste of a company.”

“Previous reviews are correct… This is NOT LTS from before 2020. The clothes are cheap and not designed for tall women. The customer service is a joke and having returned items the same day they were delivered ( as they were all awful) I am still waiting for my refund ( it’s been over 2 weeks) I will NEVER buy clothing from them again!!!!!!”

“Unfortunately, Long Tall Sally doesn't sell clothes designed for long tall women. They simply stock large size items and label them 'tall'. Have not been able to find a retailer that sells clothing for tall, slim women yet. They don't exist.”

“I have placed 2 seperate orders, only 1 was despatched. They do not respond to my e-mails and contact by telephone is not possible, tried 2 different numbers. This is the first and will be the last time I order anything here. I am not surprised that only 11% recommend this webshop, wish I had seen it earlier”

“If I could give them a zero I would. I have to admit I do like the clothes but the poor way they do business will prevent me from ever purchasing form them again. Twice they have screwed me on the return the first time I bought from them and now again , Do not buy from them if you want to be treated fairly. “I will never order from LTS again. The quality of clothes are HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a pair of jeans, and they smelled like oil. I washed the jeans, and the smell did not go away. I also ordered black slacks, and the length were different sizes. LTS, refused to return my delivery charge for my return. I returned a suit that was too big, and I paid for the return. LTS, is stealing money from customers!!! I have some beautiful tailored suits from Tall Girls, however, LTS, refuse to keep up with TG, quality of clothes. Someone need to take notice of all of the complaints against Long Tall Sally!!”
