Since LTS were taken over, the quality and sizing have become very poor. Had to return almost all of an order through sizes not being accurate and charged £3.99 as I am not local to any of their shops. They say this is in their returns policy but seems only visible AFTER a return has been started rather than being made clear before purchase.

If I could give less than a star, I would! Tried returning over $100. Worth of clothes, and they ghost me. I was totally ripped off, do not buy clothes from them!

I am a tad disappointed with the swim suit I ordered only because it’s not long enough for my torso, or a great deal of bum coverage, maybe it’s ok if your toned but I am not. I do not want have my backside on display. I’ll stick to speedos in future. Or if anyone knows where to buy a long swim suit I’d love to know. I’m not excessively tall at 5ft 11.

It’s the end of this company. When I first found them I was thrilled with the quality and the options. It’s a horrible insult to tall women now. The quality of clothing and the fits are terrible, just terrible. I’m done.

Since this company changed hands it is a MESS. No inseam measurement on items, not on the chart. I ordered two different types of leggings hoping one would be like the product I used to live in before they changed hands, and was sent a white shirt I would never have even looked at instead! Returns were a nightmare - no invoice or return label in the package, and they kept asking me what the item was and I had no clue! Charged for returns, more than the item cost. NEVER answer questions or E-mails. This new company has horrible customer service. I'm purchasing elsewhere!

I’ve been a long time customer of LTS, pre new management. I’m 6,1” size 20. I used to purchase trousers mainly and tops, the products were of good quality, mostly made in Turkey. I have ordered for the first time with this New LTS, the 2 shirts I ordered in the same size are completely different fits, one large the other small, the material in the trousers is very uncomfortable. As I live in Australia it’s too expensive to be returning and I wouldn’t bother to reorder. My heart goes out to the people who started the business and established a good name and products, now it’s going down the drain.

I bought clothing May 19, 2022 that arrived June 6th (thru Global Tax ID# 177 9006 80). Starting June 14th, I attempted to return the items without success. Their Website rejected my entry of Order# & email tho' I tried using different browsers on different days + even playing around with the spacing of my Order #. Online Chat doesn't work, phone number "circuits are busy" (ALWAYS!), email to cust. service elicits responses that they have received my communications, but I never get an answer. This affects an order to USA, but perhaps they are more responsive within the UK. DO NOT BUY CLOTHING THROUGH LONG TALL SALLY!!

The quality of clothing and shoes has reduced significantly. I have been an online customer for a number of years. I ordered bike pants, the fabric is so thin you can see my underwear. I'm hesitant to ride or run in them because they will wear badly. The sandals are missing crystals and to return them will cost more than they cost. To pay for return of faulty items is illegal in Australia. The new owners have destroyed the brand

Oh I'm so sad to write this. All the pants in my closet are LTS. I'm a thin 6" with long legs and have had a difficult time all my life buying pants until LTS. Started online shopping LTS about seven years ago. Always used to call and talk to someone if there was a problem and return without shipping fees if something didn't fit or was poor quality. Now (for the first time) a pair of pants in my order are too short. Was refused any return at first because the time it took for shipment to get to me in Washington DC left me with no time within their time frame to return. Was given a "courtesy" return but shipping will cost me $20; on an $80 return, it just doesn't seem worth it. Will keep the pants and now consider buying from LTS like buying from China--a risky purchase, as there will be no sending back. So sad. Loved this company. Was a faithful customer. I guess the golden age of LTS has passed (by the way, the quality in their stretch pants has significantly decreased as well and another pair of pants on this order had a hole in the seam when they arrived. I can repair, but it's disappointing.) Will deeply miss the LTS that once was.

I have been shopping LTS for years. The newest computer system for online orders makes returns impossible. My order numbers do not populate and my email does not work either. I have 2 pairs of pants that are too big and I can’t return them. The 12 fits like a 16 and there is no phone customer service. I have emailed multiple times. Gotten order numbers that don’t work and and now it shows I’m outside of the return window (been at this since day 1) and they now don’t return my emails. I can’t order from them again. It’s too risky. Returns are not possible buyer be sure you know exactly how it fits. You can’t return anything.

LTS used to be good if sometimes a little dated. As a 6ft tall woman its so hard to find genuinely tall clothes. LTS was a life saver for most of my life. Sadly though, it was bought out a couple of years ago and now the quality of clothes is shockingly poor. The styles and cut of the clothes are also terrible. Fast fashion at its worst. The shoe section is equally poor quality and now caters predominantly for wide feet and I suspect holds the products from Evans shops. Therefore the range of shoes available has reduced dramatically. When LTS was created they were genuinely trying to support their customers needs. Now its money, money, money. I cant imagine they will survive that much longer in this state. So sad to see this shop collapse.

First and last order with new-LTS. Old one was good before it went bad. Ordered a dress which is not remotely tall. Waistline sits just under my boobs, maxi dress falls to my midcalfs. I'm 6'2. I can get this kind of "tall" in any store. 45€ +10€ for delivery, and it's awfully cut, cheap fabric, seams are roughly made. Use Asos, NewGirl, Zalando, AboutYou Tall sizes - it's a gamble, but at least they offer free delivery and returns.

Very disappointed with order processing/ return policy for Canada. Three different orders of mine were sent with a size I didn’t order. The order page appears to default and once you hit add to basket, and the confirmation does not confirm size that the default places on the order. $15 to receive a $28 shirt and $23 to return it is simply robbery. My last order sent me a size 18 shirt (I ordered size 14), and Size 6 UK when I ordered a size 10 USA size. Customer service simply sends canned responses and absolutely no help. Sadly I can’t buy at other places to get the same great fit (for correct sizes).

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. If I could give it no stars, I definitely would. The quality of the clothing is cheap, the sizing is horrendous, when you try to contact for returns there is no phone number. The site wouldn't take my order number to return so when I sent them a note to ask for help I got a msg saying returns are easy, just copy your order number in. I will NEVER shop there again. If you think this is the old Tall Girls, it definitely isn't.

Dreadful quality , dreadful sizing, frustrating return process , no idea how much it will cost me and how soon they will help me out....correct e mail correct order number the return platform won't proceed to the next page..... simply unacceptable ,the worst on-line shopping experience ever....!!! Definitely a negative stars rating

I used to be able to rely on consistent sizing.with LTS. The cropped gym leggings I purchased are far too big, the fabric does not wick and they feel like wearing plastic. Dreadful quality. Then LTS asks me to pay to return them! The cost of sending back from Canada with tracking makes a return pointless. Really disappointing.

If I could give 0 for this company I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!Their customer service is absolutely the worst! If you need to return something...you will NEVER get a refund! REPEAT...DO NOT ORDER! Plus the only people those swimsuits would fit would be a transexual male. The crotch hung half way down my thigh and I am 5'10". Our beloved trannies might find things if you were a tall man.❤

If I could give this company negative stars, I would! I was so excited to find a company I could order online from, specifically for tall women. It was short-lived! This is the absolutely worst company I have done business with in my life! Their customer service is non-existent! They mis-mark clothing--the sewn in tag states one size; the tag attached to the clothing states another size; and the bag that it was packed in may state another size! Returning the clothing for their careless mistakes is borne by the customer--not my idea of good customer service! I will never do business with this company again! At the rate they are going, they are not long for this world anyway! I ONLY WISH I HAD SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Returning items is not easy, website not helpful. Quality of merchandise is poor. Would not buy again from this company. Having to keep the item as not able to get help to return.
