Absolutely terrible process to make a return if you don't live in the UK. They use a 3rd party vendor to ship to the US and they have no problems ripping you off. Long Tall Sally offers a free return label for exchanges on their website but that is absolutely untrue if you live in the US. This didn't use to be an issue. I've ordered in the past and have been able to exchange for the right size with no issues. Not anymore. Their customer support is a joke. They don't even read your entire email. They read the header and respond with a canned response. Regardless of how much info you give them they continue to ask for the same stuff over and over. Even though its already on the email!!! I emailed over and over and not once did I get the actual help I was asking for. A freaking return label for an exchange!!!! Here's the kicker..I finally figured out I had to reach out to the shipper of my clothes. GLOBAL-E. Sure I could send my items back for an exchange. I just had to pay the shipping myself. $199.00 Dollars, for 2 items. WTH? Really? So disgusted and disappointed with this whole mess. Best advice DO NOT buy from LTS unless you are absolutely sure of your size or you live in the UK. So sad too because they have some decent clothes for us tall women.

Tried to cancel within 20 minutes. They said they couldn’t but they would take a return. Cost is $50 to return to UK. They won’t do a thing for me.

Will never order from LTS again, online ordering is easy but the quality of the products are below average and zip on trousers was broken, sizing inaccurate so items dont fit and impossible and expensive to return from overseas. Customer service is terrible, only way to contact them online is via the portal on their website which just generates auto responses. Seems there are no people any more. Have had such a terrible experience I will never buy from them again. lesson learnt.

US Shoppers Beware of Long Tall Sally - Steer Away - Hidden Sky High Return Costs & Misleading Website! I recently purchased clothing from Long Tall Sally. Most items I purchased were completely off in size, leaving me no choice but to return them. Their return process required me to send the return through standard international mail, costing me a staggering US$106. Needless to say, I would never have purchased from them had their website been transparent about the return process and costs. Hidden return costs: During the purchase process, there was no indication of the return process to the UK via standard international mail. In fact you are being misled when shopping from the US, as you will be directed to a US version of the website, creating the impression of a separate US store, misleading customers to believe they're purchasing/returning locally, which is not true. After sending my return, I have read up on the company, and seeing there are tons of complaints to the Better Business Bureau about customers never receiving their refunds and never being able to get in touch with customer service, so I'm preparing for a long process for receiving my refund. My advice to US shoppers: I strongly advise against purchasing from Long Tall Sally.

Long tall sally is happy to send out (mediocre merch) but simply will not take a return. Calling it "difficult" simply does not accurately describe experience. Time, failure, time, failure.....Then "too late to return"....FRUSTRATING & WRONG are the correct adjectives !

Like other recent reviews, my experience has not been good. It says that there is now a location in Canada, but returns go to the UK, making shipping items back exorbitant! The replacement I got had faulty stitching and a rip in the pocket. When I contacted them, they said one option was a 25% discount returned to me if I wanted to keep it as is. I asked a couple questions in a follow-up email and they answered only one. I still don't know how to get my discount.

Site says LTS Canada. It comes from Burlington Ontario, but you have to ship back to UK . Product cost me 500. nothing fits except the length. Product is poor quality and It is costing me 245.00 to return it at my own cost. Never buy here again!!!!

No stars. Customer service was extremely poor and the manager was very rude and unhelpful. Clearly loyalty and frequent buying with this company stands for nothing. Purchased a long khaki puffa coat that had a faulty zip. Poor quality coat and service Don’t recommend anyone buy from this company

Terrible service in Canada. I can only get a generic email saying that they haven't received the return, even though I keep sending them pictures from the tracking number showing it was in their warehouse over a month ago. I'm going to have to get the credit card company to dispute the charge.

I agree with the reviews expressing their frustration with customer service. I ordered a large shipment. All in the wrong size. Because their sizing guidelines have changed over the years. Now I am stuck with cloths I can't wear. I miss the days when they were real. Also, am I the only one who finds all their knit wear highly uncomfortable? Scratchy and unbelievably unbearable to wear?

The returns process for Germany does not work at all as I could not proceed with the online system. The bot and an email did not help me with my specific inquiry. They offer DPD as the only postal service which is the most inconvenient for me, personally. In the end I phoned customer services and asked for a returns address to which I will send the packet at my cost. I am a good customer of LTS (we tall women do not have much choice!) but I always think very carefully before buying as their returns system is atrocious.

They have started charging £1.99 for returns, since March 2023. This is bad enough in itself seeing as they also charge £2.99 for delivery, however, this information is hidden in small print deep in their website, in a very devious and dishonest way. They are literally hiding this information. For years it was free returns & they gave absolutely no notification for their regular customers that this had changed. Do not support such an unscrupulous organisation. Terrible disregard for customers .

HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE! September 19th, 2023 SO mad and sad! I placed a few orders and they were impossible to work with to make returns. They try to send you a UK label mailing from the US so you can put your own postage on it, in my case it would've been $50+ to return. They make you jump thru sooo many hoops to get the right label and without assistance. If you do order be warned, and you need to get the $12 return label that is offered thru E-Global. Long Tall Sally has definitely changed ownership or something becuz it used to be reputable so sadly disappointing! Best of all they charged me for 2 necklaces I never received and charged me another $12 to return those of which I never received!

I have been ordering from LTS for years. Recently when I order from them it takes a long time to receive my order. If you need to return an item they won’t acknowledge their own order number. Therefore you can’t exchange or reorder your item that doesn’t fit. Lately LTS merchandise quality is horrible. You can never call the customer service number and speak directly to a representative. You can only communicate with them via email. Even then they don’t respond, I will never order from LTS again.

I have been a customer of long tall sally way back before it was called long tall sally....it used to be called tall girl. My entire wardrobe is bought from there. I've been very lucky and have not had to return items. However, 3 months ago I ordered cargo pants and the shipped said "delivered" however, I didn't get them. For 3 months I have been fighting for a replacement, store credit or refund and they will not cooperate. They do not do refunds or credits for international purchases (I live in Canada). Sadly I will never buy from them again.

GE4186736214GB. Online Returns portal claims they can't find my email (that my confirmation & invoice was sent to) can't find my zipcode that my package was delivered to. After reading these reviews, I'm doing a chargeback. Can't afford to eat $100 for two terrible quality, matronly dresses.

I am only putting a one as a review because there is no round zero option. I paid one huge amount of money for a size 32 bootcut jean because Long Tally Sally prides themselves on quality and excellent customer relations. Firstly I struggled to get someone to let me know when my package was being shipped after paying the full amount. Then I got a mail to saying that I had to pay R1000 extra for shipping after paying for shipping with my invoice. When the jean arrived it was not a size 32 but a 38. The quality of the jean is absolutely PATHETIC! The size is wrong & it looks nothing like the picture on the website and the apathetic treatment I received when querying about a return and refund has me so angry that I want to tell the world what an awful business Long Tall Sally is. I have never been more disillusioned or disappointed in my life. May Long Tall Sally never cheat another person like I have been cheated ever again.

Same as other customers. Their site doesn’t recognise the order number or my email so I can’t ask for a refund. I’m stuck with bathers that don’t fit and I can’t get a refund.

Now, that LTS has been taken over by another company, it literally cost me TWENTY BUCKS to try on a dress and send it back. The dress, NOT as pictured, is, as has become usual with their clothes, hideous. Their customer service has gone straight down hill in the past few years. It's all online, bots and boxes and pure frustration. I get sucked in, like, once a year, because I'm tall and sometimes desperate for clothes, but it's always a sucker punch with them. Poor quality, ZERO taste, and ZERO customer service. Again 20 bucks to try on a dress. Pathetic.

Same experience as everyone else--no refund on the return sent more than a month ago--bad customer service---they asked for my tracking information (which stated that they received the package almost a month ago) which I sent. I've now been ghosted. I'd be better off to take my cash and burn it for warmth then to do business with them. One star because I can't go lower.
