I have not been receiving a response to my inquiry through the LTS online returns site so I will try here...I am in Canada and trying to return a purchase valued at over $400 Canadian. Canada Post will not accept my return package as the return address is not showing up as valid. LTS is not responding to my inquiries re how to address this issue. At this time, it appears I am out over $400. Does LTS or anyone reading this have a solution or is the overseas return policy fraudulent?

Size is all wrong. Not what I ordered. Return is impossible from the US and costs more than the item is worth. Do not order from Long Tall Sally.

I so badly wanted to try this company! It was suggested by a patient of mine. I've been through reconstructive surgery after breast cancer diagnosis and am still trying to figure my size out. What I ordered came in so large, there is NO way I can wear this. I want to return and reorder something else. I requested a return, they sent me information to return but NO return label. UPS would not ship back for me because a return shipping was already paid for. Now the web site is saying I am out of time frame to send back! I spent $250, money I don't have! I am trying to order new clothes for a new job I am starting. This whole experience is very disappointing and if I can't get a refund, I will never order from this sight again and will let the person who referred me know I am highly disappointed!!!!

I ordered some sandals this summer and they were good. However do not order anything such as shoes or boots. This will be the third time i have ordered boots and third time i returned them. Thr quality is not good, they all come up really big and chunky like Dr Martins even though they are advertised as Chelsea boots. I was surprised when i researched this company has been taken over. It definitely shows as they new owners have no interest in customer services just concerned about making profits and the returns system is just atrocious. I made a request to return on line i selected to print in store however when i got to the store they said the label was home print. Clearly the labelling is and system is all wrong. The fact that there has been no response from managment is very telling that they do not care. I will never order any boots from this store again. Ever!

I ordered 3 pairs of pants. The length was good but quality is poor. One pair was all stretched out and had lotion or deodorant on it. Tried to return my order and it took forever because it keep saying my order didn’t exist. Return shipping was $80!! LTS used to have quality stuff and returns were easy. Won’t be ordering again. Waste of money.

This company is impossible to deal with! They make themselves totally unavailable! Have been trying to return two items for months. The link for returns does not work! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered an outfit and was sent the wrong size. Although customer service said they'd start a return, it has been WEEKS. I keep emailing and have only received an automated response that they are working on it. DO NOT buy from this company. Worst customer service.

I have been shopping LTS for over 10 years. The styles and selections are horrible right now. Quality has gone way down hill. Outdated, frumpy, horrible colors. Everything looks the same. 10 pictures of the same sweater in different colors. Come on LTS…. you will be out of business if you don’t find a new buyer pronto. So disappointing.

LONG TALL SALLY - clearly does not accept returns. The sizing was off and the quality of the clothes I ordered was poor. But my attempts to return them fail. The website form does not accept the order number and they ghosted me after one email exchange. It's clear that they are intentionally avoiding accepting returns.

I never got my order. The tracking was horrible. Unrecognized tracking number. When I called Purolator the shipping company, they didn’t recognize the tracking number either. Then I get a notification that my pkg was delivered. It wasn’t. I had to fill out a form and that was weeks ago. I have emailed. Nothing. I will keep writing bad reviews

Ordered a pair of sandals in size 11D, received my order was sent the wrong size 11E. Advised and requested a prepaid label to return the item back. Was sent the label, not prepaid. I sent another request to send a prepaid label. I am now being ignored. They have lost my business. Their customer service sucks.

Since LTS were taken over, the quality and sizing have become very poor. Had to return almost all of an order through sizes not being accurate and charged £3.99 as I am not local to any of their shops. They say this is in their returns policy but seems only visible AFTER a return has been started rather than being made clear before purchase.

If I could give less than a star, I would! Tried returning over $100. Worth of clothes, and they ghost me. I was totally ripped off, do not buy clothes from them!

It’s the end of this company. When I first found them I was thrilled with the quality and the options. It’s a horrible insult to tall women now. The quality of clothing and the fits are terrible, just terrible. I’m done.

Since this company changed hands it is a MESS. No inseam measurement on items, not on the chart. I ordered two different types of leggings hoping one would be like the product I used to live in before they changed hands, and was sent a white shirt I would never have even looked at instead! Returns were a nightmare - no invoice or return label in the package, and they kept asking me what the item was and I had no clue! Charged for returns, more than the item cost. NEVER answer questions or E-mails. This new company has horrible customer service. I'm purchasing elsewhere!

I’ve been a long time customer of LTS, pre new management. I’m 6,1” size 20. I used to purchase trousers mainly and tops, the products were of good quality, mostly made in Turkey. I have ordered for the first time with this New LTS, the 2 shirts I ordered in the same size are completely different fits, one large the other small, the material in the trousers is very uncomfortable. As I live in Australia it’s too expensive to be returning and I wouldn’t bother to reorder. My heart goes out to the people who started the business and established a good name and products, now it’s going down the drain.

I bought clothing May 19, 2022 that arrived June 6th (thru Global Tax ID# 177 9006 80). Starting June 14th, I attempted to return the items without success. Their Website rejected my entry of Order# & email tho' I tried using different browsers on different days + even playing around with the spacing of my Order #. Online Chat doesn't work, phone number "circuits are busy" (ALWAYS!), email to cust. service elicits responses that they have received my communications, but I never get an answer. This affects an order to USA, but perhaps they are more responsive within the UK. DO NOT BUY CLOTHING THROUGH LONG TALL SALLY!!

The quality of clothing and shoes has reduced significantly. I have been an online customer for a number of years. I ordered bike pants, the fabric is so thin you can see my underwear. I'm hesitant to ride or run in them because they will wear badly. The sandals are missing crystals and to return them will cost more than they cost. To pay for return of faulty items is illegal in Australia. The new owners have destroyed the brand
