Now, that LTS has been taken over by another company, it literally cost me TWENTY BUCKS to try on a dress and send it back. The dress, NOT as pictured, is, as has become usual with their clothes, hideous. Their customer service has gone straight down hill in the past few years. It's all online, bots and boxes and pure frustration. I get sucked in, like, once a year, because I'm tall and sometimes desperate for clothes, but it's always a sucker punch with them. Poor quality, ZERO taste, and ZERO customer service. Again 20 bucks to try on a dress. Pathetic.
